Davie High seniors walk from the high school to the football stadium as they prepare for their commencement ceremony. As is tradition, students walk to the football stadium through a "tunnel" of teachers who cheer them on and clap for them as they pass by.

Echoes of encouragement and support could be heard from the Dance room at Davie High during the Cinderella Project event. English teacher Erica Spry has made it her personal mission to ensure that less fortunate students can obtain the dress of their dreams. As the girls flowed out of the dressing room, some ended up taking home “the one” in terms of prom attire, for free.

Grace Carroll is the co-editor-in-chief for the 2025–2026 school year. Writing is her main strength, with a focus on social issues and commentary. In addition to The Talon, she is also the Senior Delegate of Davie High’s Youth and Government club. She is currently a senior at Davie and has been a part of The Talon for her entire high school education. After high school, she plans to pursue a four-year education in communications and journalism.
